Host your private occasion on the grounds of The River Run Gallery in Leaburg, Oregon, surrounded by art and the natural character of the McKenzie River Valley.

Your reservation includes private use of the Steeple Yard, Stained-Glass Dome Gazebo & Bandstand, and Sculpture Garden.

Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, showers, family gatherings, small receptions, celebrations of life, business gatherings and other private occasions.

Your Reservation Includes

• 3 hours of private event time
• 30 minutes before your event for setup
• 30 minutes afterward for teardown
• 4 hours total property access
• Private use of the Steeple Yard, Stained-Glass Dome Gazebo & Bandstand, and Sculpture Garden
• Event welcome and property orientation

Rental: $430
Refundable Cleaning & Property Deposit: $150

River Run is a leave-it-like-you-found-it venue. Renters are responsible for event teardown and cleanup.

Sunday through Friday events conclude by 10:00 PM. Saturday evening events may continue until midnight.

On-Site Parking: For events taking place after the gallery closes at 5:30 PM, River Run's 13 on-site parking spaces are included for event use. Additional parking arrangements may be required depending on attendance.

Tables, chairs, catering and other event services are not included. Approved outside vendors are welcome.

Please note: The Dome Gazebo's existing lighting is a permanent feature of the venue and may not be altered.

Before You Reserve

All River Run venue rentals are subject to availability and require a signed Rental Agreement and acceptance of The River Run Gallery's Venue Rental Policies. Event liability insurance is required. Additional requirements may apply depending on attendance, alcohol service, vendors, parking, tents, entertainment and other event details.
