Our Commitment

The River Run Gallery is home to original works created by independent artists and makers. Every purchase directly supports the artist who created it and helps sustain a locally owned gallery dedicated to the arts in the McKenzie River Valley.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, limited edition, or handcrafted, all in-gallery sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made in the gallery.

We encourage every guest to take their time, ask questions, and inspect artwork carefully before making a purchase. Our team is always happy to discuss an artist's process, materials, dimensions, care instructions, and any other details to help you purchase with confidence.

Shipping

If we are shipping artwork to you, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to both the carrier and The River Run Gallery within 48 hours of delivery so that a shipping claim can be initiated.

Special Orders & Commissioned Artwork

Special orders, commissioned artwork, custom framing, personalized items, deposits, event reservations, and special event bookings are non-refundable.
