Our Full-Day Private Grounds reservation is designed for occasions that need more time and flexibility—elopements, intimate wedding ceremonies or receptions, vow renewals, milestones, anniversaries, celebrations of life, family gatherings and other meaningful events.

Enjoy the Steeple Yard, Stained-Glass Dome Gazebo & Bandstand, and Sculpture Garden, with scheduled access for decorating, vendor deliveries, photography and event preparation.

Normal River Run Gallery operations may continue during portions of the day, with exclusive use of the designated event grounds after 5:30 PM.

Your Reservation Includes

• Full-day scheduled access to the private grounds
• Steeple Yard, Stained-Glass Dome Gazebo & Bandstand, and Sculpture Garden
• Approved daytime setup and vendor access
• Exclusive use of designated event grounds after 5:30 PM
• Event welcome and property orientation

Rental: Starting at $1,000
Refundable Cleaning & Property Deposit: $250

River Run is a leave-it-like-you-found-it venue. Renters are responsible for event teardown and cleanup.

Sunday through Friday events conclude by 10:00 PM. Saturday evening events may continue until midnight.

On-Site Parking: River Run's 13 on-site parking spaces become available for event use after the gallery closes at 5:30 PM. During normal gallery hours, parking must remain available for gallery customers. Additional parking arrangements may be required depending on attendance.

Tables, chairs, tents, catering and other event services are not included unless specifically stated. Approved outside vendors are welcome.

Please note: The Dome Gazebo's existing lighting is a permanent feature of the venue and may not be altered.

Before You Reserve

All River Run venue rentals are subject to availability and require a signed Rental Agreement and acceptance of The River Run Gallery's Venue Rental Policies. Event liability insurance is required. Additional requirements may apply depending on attendance, alcohol service, vendors, parking, tents, entertainment and other event details.
