Make The River Run Grounds- Yours for the Weekend
Celebrate your wedding among the sculpture, gardens and distinctive architecture of The River Run Gallery in Oregon's McKenzie River Valley.
Our Weekend Wedding reservation gives you something increasingly difficult to find in a wedding venue: time.
Rather than squeezing everything into a few hurried hours, you'll have scheduled access for setup and rehearsal, a full wedding day, and time afterward for breakdown and vendor pickup. Arrive Friday at noon and depart Sunday at noon.
The Steeple Yard, Stained-Glass Dome Gazebo & Bandstand, and Sculpture Garden provide distinctive settings for your ceremony, photographs, gathering and celebration.
River Run is particularly well suited to intimate and mid-sized weddings of approximately 30–75 guests. Celebrations need approved parking and transportation plans with partnering facilities.
Your Weekend Generally Includes
- Scheduled Friday setup, vendor delivery and/or rehearsal access
- Full-day Saturday grounds access
- Exclusive use of designated event grounds after 5:30 PM
- Saturday celebration until 11:00pm
- Scheduled Sunday breakdown and vendor pickup

Weekend Wedding Rental: Starting at $2,400
Refundable Cleaning & Property Deposit: $500
River Run is a leave-it-like-you-found-it venue. Renters and their vendors are responsible for event teardown and cleanup.
Parking
River Run's 13 on-site parking spaces are included for wedding use after the gallery closes at 5:30 PM. During normal gallery hours, on-site parking must remain available for gallery customers.
Larger celebrations may require an approved off-site parking and transportation plan.
Tables, chairs, tents, catering, bartending, flowers, décor, entertainment, photography and other wedding services are not included unless specifically stated. Approved outside vendors are welcome.
Please note: The Dome Gazebo's existing lighting is a permanent feature of the venue and may not be altered.
Before You Reserve
All River Run venue rentals are subject to availability and require a signed Rental Agreement and acceptance of The River Run Gallery's Venue Rental Policies. Event liability insurance is required. Additional requirements may apply depending on attendance, alcohol service, vendors, parking, tents, entertainment and other event details.
